• User Roles: The platform was created for allow end to end interactions for the project placement life-cycle. This meant the inclusion of user roles consisting of "Learners", "Educators" and "Supervisors".
• Project Hours: For a given project, learner's can submit the hours completed at an approved placement, which can then be approved by a supervisor and officially recorded for placement completion.
• Learning Objectives and Outcomes: Alongside the project hours, a placement can also have learning objectives and outcomes assigned to be addressed during the duration of the placement.
• Confirmation System: When a given placement is created all members associated with it authentication must approve the project details before it can be progressed.
• Automated User Account Creation: One difficulty of the institution wide software applications is mass user creation. TimeTink has a feature in which csv files can be uploaded and student accounts can be automatically created and projects assigned.
